This notice covers this company information website and direct enquiries. It does not describe every data practice of a separate product or client deployment. A service involving voice AI, knowledge capture, invoice follow-up or other processing needs its own relevant privacy information before use.

Information collected

If you email us, we receive your email address, any name or contact details you provide, and the contents of your message and attachments. Please only send information needed for your enquiry and avoid sending sensitive personal information or other people’s confidential information without authority.

When you visit, hosting and network providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages, timestamps and security events to deliver and protect the website. This site is hosted using Cloudflare.

Cookies and website features

The website itself has no advertising trackers, analytics scripts, contact forms, accounts or payment processing. It does not set application cookies or use browser local storage. Hosting or security services may use technical mechanisms needed to deliver or protect the site. Clicking an email link opens your email application; nothing is sent until you send it.

AI, voice and messaging services

Browsing this website does not subscribe you to calls or messages and does not record your voice. This website does not run an AI chat or submit your enquiries to an AI model. Separate services should explain their data use, AI involvement and any recording or transcription before collecting information. SMS consent, where requested for a service, is separate from a general enquiry.
